What counts as one standard bag?
A standard bag is defined as a 13-gallon kitchen-size bag, not overfilled, weighing no more than 20 lbs. Bags that are overfilled or exceed the weight limit will be split into additional bags.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround is typically 24–48 hours depending on volume and route day.
Where is laundry completed?
All laundry is washed, dried, and folded in my smoke-free, pet-free home.
Do you offer fragrance-free detergent?
Yes! Fragrance-free detergent is available at no additional cost.
What if I don’t want to use trash bags?
Eco-conscious customers are welcome to use their own reusable laundry bags that meet the size guidelines.
How does pickup and delivery work?
Pickup and delivery are scheduled by route day. Once service is complete, delivery is made during the designated route window.
Can I drop off laundry instead of using pickup?
Yes. Home drop-off is available for all service areas during designated hours.
What are drop-off hours?
Home drop-off is available Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–10:00 AM.
How do I pay?
Payment is requested once laundry is complete and can be sent via Venmo or Zelle prior to delivery.
